Yesterday was Round 1 of Cambridge MX’s Winter Series and it was nice to not have to get up in the dark to leave for a race for a change. The team at Cambridge MX spent summer completely remodeling the mini track and they’ve made a great track. There are tabletops, whoops, berms, a hill climb, tight corners, straights and a tricky little kicker that definitely gets you on the first lap. There was another kid in my class (#105) who put up a good fight and I came out with 1st, 2nd and 1st.
